Khi bánh chín và tróc chảo, thì ta trở mặt bánh. Để trở mặt bánh, những đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp sẽ dùng thủ thuật hất chảo cho bánh văng lên cao, rồi rớt xuống, trở mặt lại.
Mặt bánh sau khi trở ngược nướng thêm vài giây nữa thì ta đổ bánh ra dĩa.
