Nếu muốn chùm ruột đỏ mọng thì không đợi nó lên màu đỏ rồi tắt bếp, nếu thế chùm ruột sẽ chuyển sang màu đen. Còn muốn vị chua ngọt có thể giảm đường, không nên để nước chua nhiều vì sẽ gây nhão.
