Gạo nấu chín thành cháo, nêm vào 2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường. Trong chảo khác, đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tim, cật vào xào chín, trút ra tô.
Múc cháo ra tô, cho tim và cật heo vào tô cháo, để hành lá cắt nhỏ và rắc tiêu lên trên. Có thể pha thêm chén nước mắm chua ngọt để chan thêm nếu thích nhé!
