Một tô cháo tim cật đầy dinh dưỡng có thể cho bạn đủ năng lượng bắt đầu một ngày làm việc mới. Món cháo này cũng đặc biệt tốt cho những ai đang bị cảm cúm, bởi hành lá là một vị thuốc giải cảm rất hữu hiệu.
Tim và cật heo rửa sạch, thái lát mỏng, ướp với hành tím bằm nhỏ và 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm và 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu khoảng 10 phút.
Gạo nấu chín thành cháo, nêm vào 2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường. Trong chảo khác, đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tim, cật vào xào chín, trút ra tô.
Múc cháo ra tô, cho tim và cật heo vào tô cháo, để hành lá cắt nhỏ và rắc tiêu lên trên. Có thể pha thêm chén nước mắm chua ngọt để chan thêm nếu thích nhé!
